We work with local councils to try and match the right people to their perfect homes. Most homes for social rent in Wales, including ours, are allocated by local authorities through common housing lists.
You can apply to join the list in your local authority area, and if accepted you will be placed on a waiting list for a suitable home. We manage our own waiting list for properties in Wrexham.
You can find out how to apply to join a waiting list for a home in each local authority area where we operate below.
We manage the waiting lists of our 950+ homes in the area. Wrexham Council is the largest provider of affordable homes in this area, therefore to increase your options we advise you to register with them too.
