Affordable Housing in Park City (Park City Heights)

This spring we announced a new development taking shape at Quinn’s Junction (Kearns Blvd at UT-40 – PC Hospital, Ice Rink, National Abilities Center area and behind the new movie studio) and we thought we would give you an update.

The project is called Park City Heights and will be developed by Ivory Homes. It will be a mix of market priced homes as well as about 1/3 being “affordable housing” as both single family and townhomes. The price range of the affordable homes is anticipated to be $250,000 to $400,000 while the market rate homes will be approximately $600,000. The goal of the affordable housing component is to create more homes which locals can afford.

People who have worked in Park City longest will have preference and Ivory will turn away no one based on income.
